Safeguard Benefit Services is located at 1811 Sardis Rd N # 207, Charlotte, North Carolina 28227. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9AM until 5PM. We are typically busy helping the community with answering questions regarding Medicare and taking care of Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement enrollments - please call and set an appointment ahead of time, if possible. This will ensure that we have time set aside just for you so that we can take care of you in a timely manner.

If you are joining us for a Medicare enrollment, please make sure you have an updated list of all of your Doctors, Physicians, Prescriptions and dosages. We look forward to seeing you soon!
